At Seamolly, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
